When I'm not immersed in social media strategy or content creation, you'll find me embracing my love for mindful movement, exploring local cafés, and soaking in the beauty of a sunrise or sunset with my headphones on. I’m also deeply passionate about sustainability and supporting female-led businesses - that’s what truly fuels my work!

​After graduating with a BA in Business Management in 2020, I discovered my passion for marketing. The pandemic sparked my entrepreneurial spirit, and I decided to dive headfirst into becoming self employed. What started as a side hustle quickly became my full-time career, and I’ve never looked back!

Now, I specialise in helping wellness brands elevate their presence through authentic and aesthetic content that resonates with their audience.
My clients include Pilates studios, hormone wellness apps, personal trainers, and mindset coaches - each of whom I’m privileged to support on their journey to growth.
